How do I know the impact is actually happening?

We are one of the only impact companies out there that can actually prove the impact you make with us is actually happening. This helps you avoid false claims and greenwashing scandals. Heres how:

All projects and partners in our marketplace are backed by on-the-ground verification technology. Site level data is recorded during every planting / plastic removal session. Throughout a project lifecycle, on-the-ground as well as satellite data and evidence are collected and synced.. We receive timestamps and coordinates for all impact activities and sessions, ensuring that what you are sponsoring is actually taking place. Verification is conducted through reviewing the trail of data and field evidence collected. Once verified, the evidence records related to verification are published. Our verification partner’s dashboard consolidates and reports the impact data and evidence records and integrates into our systems to tie each transaction and impact type back to your business.

How long does set up take?

Setup takes less than 5 minutes. The Ecodrive Impact Portal allows any company to sign up and start making an impact immediately. Our automations and integrations allows you to seamlessly get all setup with everything you need at just a few clicks!

Nope! Our Impact Portal supplies you will all the resources you need to start making an impact in minutes (and see business success while doing it!)

Does this count as a write-off or charitable donation?

Ecodrive is not a non-profit and does not count as a charitable donation, however, our suite of marketings tool and automations are baked into your business. This make it so that we are still a marketing related expense and factor on your bottom line in a similar way. Please consult with your CPA. Ecodrive is a for-profit business. We consciously made the decision to be a for-profit upon creation because we wanted to be able to fund/empower non-profits through our business while maintaining the ability to grow and invest in technology that will add value to the brands we work with. Our thesis is that business should be used for good. The bigger a business grows, the bigger their positive impact should be.

Can I have a custom project type/location that isn't yet available?

Yes, however, this is typically how we can work with large volume or enterprise level customers that are willing to commit to millions of units per year for a longer term contract. Each impact type has different set up requirements that can be very capital intensive to ensure we setup all validation needed at that location.

My business is already carbon neutral, can I still partner with you?

Absolutely! A lot of our partners are already carbon neutral and they work with us to still engage their customers and make a tangible impact thats integrated into their business and customer touch points. We also have other projects that go beyond carbon sequestration and align with almost all of the UN Sustainable Development Goals.

Am I locked into a long term commitment?

No! We know the value that impact brings to a business, and we want to be partnered with businesses that recognize that value of any size. You can partner with us on a monthly basis or one time planting via the portal. We boast over a 90% retention rate for companies we work with because of the customer support & resources we provide to help brands message their efforts across digital channels. Ecodrive customers don’t face claims of “greenwashing” because we provide everything you need to transparently explain the entire process without making unverified claimsIf you want to sponsor the launch of a new project, we do have minimum commitments.
